The City of Manistee and BS & A Software, Internet Services are proud to provide detailed assessment information, building data, pictures and sketches, as well as current and previous tax payment information, through Public Record Display. Data may be accessed here Manistee Internet Services. 2006 assessment data is available and updates to name, address, sketches, etc. are made daily. Homeowners can always access free lookups by creating an account. Every new account receives one free search. When you perform your first search, you will be asked if it is your property or not. Answering “yes” will associate your account with your property, and the homeowner will receive free lookups when logged in. Public Record Display for the City of Manistee was available for three months, until the end of August 2006, at no charge to the user. The free service has now expired. Beginning at the end of August, commercial users can deposit money into their account using a credit card. There will be a charge to your account when data retrievals are made. It is also possible to login as an anonymous user and pay a $2.00 convenience fee by credit card as you request data. The enhanced comparable search enables queries using a variety of criteria and filters. Search options include property class, sale date range, price range, floor area range, and multiple neighborhood filters.
