Crews are working hard to get all of the outside work completed before the weather turns. The parking area has received new curbs, walks and a base course of asphalt. New footings have been constructed for the Maple Street steps. Exterior work has been completed on the elevator shaft and they have begun installing the new roof. A new roof deck is near completion as well as the installation of ice and water shield on three sides of the building. The West side of the building will have a shed roof constructed so that windows can be installed to allow natural lighting for the Council Chambers.
